Store Policies

Returns: All items may be returned for a refund or store credit of the full purchase price within 15 days of purchase; with the following exceptions: Kits that have been soldered on or have started assembly, books that have been written in or on; or have been dog-earred, or tools that have been used and show tool-marks. Items returned must be in a salable condition, and must be returned with all packaging, manuals, parts, Etc,. Software, or videos cannot be returned. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping & Handling fees are not refunded.

Defective Items: Items that are received defective or damaged through shipping will be replaced free of charge (including S&H), if we are notified within Seven (7) days of purchase. The defective/damaged item must be returned to us before we will send out a replacement. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Items cannot be returned to us if a claim has been made to any other entity than Toyrential-Reign.

Software: Software that we have written and sell on this website has taken many years of work. Please do not share it with others or upload it to the internet. All of our material is copyrighted.
